Payment methods
Last updated: July 3, 2026
Curo offers several ways to pay. The exact set shown at checkout can vary, so treat the options on the checkout page as the current list. This article explains what each one is and what to expect after you choose it.
Credit card and hosted checkout
Card payment is handled through a secure hosted checkout. When you choose it, you complete the payment on a secure next page rather than entering card details on the storefront itself. Depending on what is enabled, the hosted checkout can also offer options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, ACH bank payment, or financing. Whatever is available appears as a choice on the payment page.
Crypto
Crypto checkout opens a secure hosted invoice through NOWPayments. The invoice total includes a 5% crypto payment discount, so paying with crypto is the lowest-cost option when it is available. You complete the payment on the NOWPayments invoice, and the order updates once it is paid.
Zelle
Zelle is a manual option. When you choose it, Curo provides instructions for sending the payment. Because it is manual, the order is confirmed once the payment is received rather than instantly at checkout.
Cash App
Cash App works the same way as Zelle in most cases: you choose it, follow the instructions Curo provides, and the order is confirmed once payment is received. Where a hosted Cash App option is available, you may instead complete it on the hosted checkout page.
Which should I use?
- For the fastest confirmation, a hosted option, card or crypto, settles through the provider directly.
- For the lowest cost, crypto includes a 5% discount when it is offered.
- Zelle and Cash App are available for those who prefer them, with a manual confirmation step.
