Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Overview
Curo sells research chemicals intended for laboratory research use only. You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final: we do not issue cash refunds, and the only remedies are a replacement or store credit in the limited circumstances described below. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
All sales are final once shipped
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders after shipment except in the circumstances described below.
Exceptions: wrong, damaged, or defective shipments
If you receive an order that is:
- Wrong — you received items other than what you ordered, or
- Damaged or defective — the products arrived in a condition that makes them unsuitable for research use,
please contact us at info@curo.you within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Include your order number and a description of the issue (photos are helpful).
We will review your report and, at our discretion, either ship a replacement or issue store credit for the affected items. We do not issue cash refunds or refunds to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to request that affected products be returned before we process a replacement or store credit. When a return is required because the item was wrong, damaged, or defective (our error), we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before it ships. To cancel, email info@curo.you with your order number as soon as possible. Because orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours, please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to cancel.
If you cancel before your order ships, we refund the full order amount to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Pre-shipment cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to post, depending on your payment provider.
For wrong, damaged, or defective items received after shipment, we do not issue cash refunds — the only remedies are a replacement or store credit, added to your Curo account within 5 business days of our approving your request.
How to start a return, refund, or cancellation request
Email info@curo.you with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue (wrong item, damage, cancellation request, etc.)
- Photos if applicable (for damaged or defective items)
We will respond as quickly as possible and work with you to resolve the issue.
