Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Overview

All orders placed on Curo.you are fulfilled by Mira Labs LLC. This policy covers processing times, carriers, shipping destinations, and what to do if a shipment encounters a problem.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET, excluding federal holidays). Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 24–48 business hours for your order to be picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is submitted, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Carriers

Curo.you ships via USPS and FedEx. The carrier assigned to your order may depend on your location, package dimensions, and available service levels at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping costs

Free shipping is standard delivery only — it does not include expedited, rush, or overnight service. Where available, faster shipping options are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Undeliverable and returned shipments

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, a missed delivery, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you at the email address on file to confirm the correct address. Reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.

To avoid delivery issues, please verify your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Curo.you is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at the time of order.

We ship to valid United States shipping addresses. The carrier available for your order may depend on your address type.
