1. Acceptance of Terms

Curo.you is operated by Mira Labs LLC, 410 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 4245, Cumming, GA 30041, USA (“Curo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, or by placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this site or placing an order, you represent that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are not purchasing products for consumption by yourself, any other person, or any animal.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to complete the transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or reject orders at our sole discretion.

3. Research-Use-Only Products

Curo is a research chemical supplier. Curo is not a compounding pharmacy, compounding facility, or outsourcing facility as defined under sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

All products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or any clinical application.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• You will use products solely for in vitro study, laboratory research, or other lawful research purposes.
• You will not administer, consume, or hold out any product as approved for any human or therapeutic purpose.
• Unapproved or improper use is a breach of FDA regulations, and of these Terms, and may result in immediate account termination.
• The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Curo reserves the right to cancel any order and to report misuse to appropriate authorities.

4. License to Use This Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this site solely for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of this site. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this site remain the property of Mira Labs LLC or its licensors.

You agree not to (among other things): attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system; use automated tools to scrape or harvest information; forge headers or impersonate any person; or use this site in any unlawful manner.

5. Products, Orders, and Pricing

Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer; a binding order is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected eligibility violations, pricing errors, or inventory issues.

Shipping: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and shipped via USPS or FedEx, with free shipping on orders of $200 or more. See our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy for full details, including shipping destinations.

Returns and refunds: See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. For questions about an existing order, contact support@curo.you.

Pre-shipment cancellations are accepted — reply to your confirmation email before payment is requested.

6. Payment Authorization

By completing a purchase with Curo, you certify that:

• You are the authorized owner and user of the payment method submitted for this transaction.
• All billing information you provide is accurate and complete, and you have the legal authority to use the submitted payment method.
• If paying by credit or debit card, you acknowledge that the charge is valid for the products ordered and that you will not dispute, call back, or file a chargeback with your card issuer, payment network, or card association brand so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms described on this site.
• You will not approve or direct any third party to file a dispute or chargeback on your behalf with respect to a valid transaction.
• If you have any issue with your order, billing, or delivery, you agree to contact us first at support@curo.you so we may resolve the matter. Chargebacks filed without prior notice to us may forfeit replacement or remediation coverage on future orders.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve concerns, including shipping investigations, replacements, or refunds where appropriate.

7. Text Messaging (SMS)

Curo offers text messaging for order updates, account notifications, and marketing. By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive marketing texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from Curo at the phone number provided, even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

• Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
• Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchase.
• Messages are sent from the phone number or short code shown when you receive them. Curo reserves the right to change the sending number and will notify you if it does.
• Not all mobile devices or carriers are supported. Curo and its service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop marketing texts: Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text from us. You may receive one final confirmation text. To stop all texts (including transactional), contact support@curo.you. Stopping marketing texts will not prevent transactional messages necessary to service your order or account.

8. Health and FDA Disclaimer

The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products sold on this site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided is for research context only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Do not use this information to self-diagnose or treat any health condition.

9. Third-Party Links

This site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Curo does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.

10. Modifications to the Site and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this site, its products, services, or pricing at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time; the updated Terms are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIRA LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH IT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mira Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of this site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this site that cannot be resolved informally within 60 days shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Georgia, though the parties may agree to proceed by telephone or video conference. You may obtain AAA rules at www.adr.org.

Class Action Waiver: Disputes shall be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable for any claim, that claim must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

15. Termination

These Terms take effect the first time you access or use this site. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and arbitration) will continue to apply.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mira Labs LLC with respect to this site.
