Research Use Only Policy

Intended purpose

All products sold on Curo.you are designated Research Use Only (RUO). They are intended solely for in vitro study, pre-clinical research, and related scientific purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, diagnostic use, or therapeutic use of any kind.

Curo is a chemical supplier. Curo is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Curo is not an outsourcing facility as defined under section 503B of that Act.

The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Buyer eligibility and attestation

By placing an order on Curo.you, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are 21 years of age or older.
2. You are acquiring the products for legitimate research purposes and not for personal consumption or any end use prohibited by applicable law.
3. All information you provide during checkout is true and accurate.

Mira Labs LLC reserves the right to request verification of any information provided, including through identity or credential checks, and to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion — including orders where provided information appears inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent with legitimate research use.

Prohibited uses

You may not use, resell, distribute, or otherwise transfer Curo.you products for:

• Human or animal consumption, ingestion, or injection
• Diagnostic, clinical, or therapeutic applications in any patient
• Any purpose prohibited by federal, state, or local law

Improper use of RUO products may constitute a violation of FDA law and applicable regulations. Confirmed misuse will result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

No medical claims or guidance

Curo does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, administration guidance, or protocols. Nothing on this site should be construed as a medical claim or recommendation. Consult a licensed healthcare professional for any health-related questions.

Indemnification

By purchasing from Curo.you, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mira Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising out of your use of the products outside of legitimate in vitro research or in violation of these terms.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
