KPV is a short tripeptide corresponding to the C-terminal fragment of alpha-MSH, a melanocortin peptide involved in immune and inflammatory signaling. It is studied because a very small peptide fragment appears to retain meaningful anti-inflammatory research activity without carrying the broader profile of the parent hormone.
Research centers on PepT1-mediated uptake, intracellular signaling, and effects on NF-kB-linked inflammatory pathways. Much of the work focuses on intestinal inflammation models, epithelial barrier research, and tissue-specific inflammatory signaling.
The evidence base is strongest in cell and animal models, where the mechanism and gut-focused research profile are well described. Human clinical confirmation remains limited, so the compound remains investigational.
This set includes one BPC-157 compound and one TB-500 compound. Each compound is packaged separately and is not pre-mixed.
The two-compound pairing known as the "Wolverine Stack," centered on tissue-repair, cell-migration, and regenerative research.
