CJC-1295 no DAC, often discussed as Modified GRF(1-29), is a short-acting analog of GHRH, the hypothalamic signal that prompts growth-hormone release. Without the Drug Affinity Complex used in the longer-acting DAC form, research interest centers on a brief GHRH signal rather than a prolonged exposure window.
Research centers on growth-hormone and downstream IGF-1 signaling while preserving a more pulse-style profile. It is commonly studied in growth-hormone-axis models, recovery and body-composition research, and models where a GHRH-plus-secretagogue signal is the research target.
Dedicated controlled data on the no-DAC variant remains limited, and much of the published CJC-1295 literature focuses on the DAC-bearing form. That keeps the no-DAC version investigational and distinct from approved therapies.
This set includes one CJC-1295 no DAC compound and one Ipamorelin compound. Each compound is packaged separately and is not pre-mixed.
A GHRH-analog and selective-secretagogue pairing, studied together for a larger combined growth-hormone pulse than either compound produces alone.
