Orders & Shipping

This article covers how your order moves from checkout to your door: processing time, carriers, cost, and where Curo currently ships.
Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, excluding federal holidays. An order placed over a weekend or holiday begins processing on the next business day.
Curo ships via USPS and FedEx. The carrier for a given order depends on the destination, the package dimensions, and the service levels available for your address. You do not choose the carrier directly; the right one is assigned when the order is packed.
Free shipping covers standard delivery only. It does not include expedited, rush, or overnight service. If faster options are available for your address, they are shown and calculated at checkout.
Curo currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. See international shipping for more.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your purchase is submitted, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking once the carrier picks up the order. For what to do with that tracking, see tracking your order.
