Tracking your order
Last updated: July 3, 2026
Curo sends two emails for every order, and the second one is the one with your tracking. This article explains where to find it and what to do if something looks off.
The two emails
- Order confirmation arrives when you submit your purchase. It confirms the order was received. It does not yet include tracking, because the order has not shipped.
- Shipping confirmation arrives once the carrier picks up your order, and it includes the tracking information. Orders are handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 business hours of being placed, so this second email follows a day or two after the first.
If you have the first email but not the second, the most likely reason is simply that the order has not shipped yet. Give it through the processing window described in shipping options and timing.
If you cannot find your tracking
- Check the email address on the order. Tracking is sent to the address you entered at checkout. If there is a typo, the email cannot reach you. Contact support and we can correct the address and resend the confirmation.
- Check spam and filters. Automated shipping emails sometimes land outside the inbox.
- Confirm the order shipped. If you are still inside the 24-to-48-hour processing window, tracking will not exist yet.
If tracking is not updating
Carrier tracking can lag behind the package, especially in the first day after pickup. If the tracking link has not moved:
- Open the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email and check the latest status directly.
- Allow a little extra time. Short gaps in scan updates are common and usually resolve on their own.
- If there is still no movement after a reasonable period, contact support and we will look into it.
For any tracking question, email support@curo.you, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
